Your event’s “Active Time” begins on the event date. Our platform detects the start based on the date of the event.

For example, your event is on 12/31/2024. Then your event will be active in the Pro plan until January 30, 2025. Which means that guests can upload until that date.

Your files are kept longer, this is the 'Media Storage'. You can also find out how long this is in the pricing table.
